Concealer and Color Theory

Which concealer is best? Well that all starts with color theory! If you put a light concealer on a red blemish, all it's going to do is turn it a lighter shade of red. Instead you have to neutralize the color first. For red use green. For dark circles, use yellow. When you use the color to neutralize, it makes your job a lot easier, and you use less product. You can now go over with your regular concealer, or a pressed foundation. I would suggest a small correcting concealer pallet that has a few colors, don't waste your money on a single color because chances are you're sitting in the mirror wondering what you're doing wrong :) This works great with people who have red in their cheeks too (you can even use a green based primer) Oh the possibilities!
